Yes. When you cancel a month-to-month membership you will still have access to the content until the end of the billing cycle. The annual membership cannot be canceled, since it will not be automatically renewed.

No. You can use the files we provide for practice purpose only and create your portfolio. However you can not sell or upload that to a website since it’s copyrighted material. You can use that to show music to your clients in your own studio, but not to post that online. Remember this is stated in the terms and conditions you signed when purchasing a membership.

No, each account is personal and should not be shared. If our moderator finds inconsistencies with IP addresses signing onto the same account, it may be blocked temporarily. Pro Studio Live reserves the right to activate an account back on, at its sole discretion.

We believe that in music, as well as many arts, there is no end to the learning process. There is no magic formula you can memorize once. Technology and technique grow towards perfection through time. When you purchase a membership you have the possibility of watching all the videos as many times as you like and from any device, but eventually, there won't be much for you to learn from that session. At this time, it is a great opportunity for you to watch another video and continue to expand your knowledge.

Since 2015 our Live stream feed is in 1080p, which means you will need at least 6MB downlaod speed to stream them in 1080p HD. How ever you can watch them in a lower resolution too. 

On the other hand, on the ARCHIVES section, you will find that all the videos from 2014 are in 720p which means you need 3MB download speed to stream them in HD. In 2015 we upgraded our plataform to 1080p so all the new videos will be in 1080p, which means you will need at least 6MB to stream them in HD. 

No. Our recording system works separately from the internet streaming setup. This means that if there is ever a problem uploading our stream, our content for purchase will still be free of interruptions.

No, It's prohibited to record or capture our programs. There is a lot of hard work on our behalf to provide these videos for free during their live transmissions. We hope that those who want to watch them again, or those who missed the broadcast can recognize this and purchase a membership.
