Chris Baseford is a Canadian born engineer/mixer/producer that has worked with some of the top names in the rock music world such as Rob Zombie, Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), Fuel and several world-renowned producers and songwriters. Starting his career in Toronto at Sony Music, Chris learned from a staff of engineers and producers that were responsible for some of the most influential Canadian albums of the last three decades. Relocating to Los Angeles in 2003, Chris filled the role of head engineer at The Chop Shop Studios for 6 years before going freelance. Today, Chris continues to establish himself as an accomplished independent recording engineer and mixer as well as taking on the role of producer for several recent projects. Chris is also a member of the Recording Academy (RIAA) and participates in the Grammy Awards voting process.
